Thank you for shopping at Heart of the Mountain. This Refund Policy outlines our policy on refunds, returns, and the resolution process for problems or broken items.

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS

Heart of the Mountain does not offer refunds or accept returns for any products. All sales are final.

DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS

In the event that you receive a damaged or broken item, please follow the steps below:

2.1 Reporting the Issue

  • Photograph the Damage: Take clear photographs of the damaged or broken item, including any damaged packaging.

  • Contact Us: Send an email to laura@heartofthemountain.rocks within 3 days of receiving the item, attaching the photographs and a description of the damage.

2.2 Resolution Process

  • Insurance Claim: We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier to cover the cost of the damaged item. This process may require cooperation from the customer.

  • Replacement or Refund: Upon approval of the insurance claim, we will either send a replacement item (if available) or issue a refund for the damaged item.

Once the package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Any issues, damages, or losses during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, and we will work with them to resolve such matters.
